Our production infrastructure is supported by high-precision lathe turning, milling, and boring machines with extensive machining capacities. In lathe-milling operations, we are capable of machining up to 800 mm in diameter and 1500 mm in length, as well as up to 600 mm in diameter and 3200 mm in length. Our milling machines allow machining up to 1000 × 400 × 400 mm, while our boring machines offer machining capacities of up to 2000 × 1200 × 1700 × 800 mm. Planing operations are carried out with a capacity of up to 70 cm. Within our manufacturing processes, we perform MIG-MAG welding, shielded metal arc welding, brazing (brass materials), and welding applications for steel, stainless steel, hardfacing, cast iron, and bronze materials. Based on this infrastructure, the production of 120-ton oil press machines takes approximately 3 months, while the manufacturing of smaller-capacity machines is typically completed within an average period of 2 months.
